Increasing Branch’s e-commerce conversion rate and AOV through evidence-based design features and user journey improvements.
During my graduating semester, I was given the opportunity to join Branch as a Product Design Intern. Designing within Branch’s style guide, I utilized Hotjar heat-maps and Intelligems A/B testing to practice evidence-based design to create, launch & validate design features and user journey improvements to Branch's e-commerce product pages.

Extending Branch’s Shopify E-Commerce Template into a Native Design System.
To ensure scalability of Branch’ e-commerce site, the e-comm site's codebase is going native.
Branch is injecting its own custom code base into its Shopify template in order to ensure scalability of its e-commerce platform. Custom UI components can now be designed to aid the introduction of new product features.

Leverage Branch’s new development capability to develop custom UI components to improve the e-commerce user experience and journey in order to drive conversion and AOV.
New UI Block to Inspire Customers to Create Their Own Branch Workspace.
Designed a new UI component website block to allow the team at Branch to photoshoot curated spaces to showcase their office furniture offerings and combinations.
Designing "smart & seamless" accessories and add-on upsells throughout the customer journey.
Designed a new accessories/add-ons carousel tab on the product page as well as upsell cards for the side-cart to help customers discover more of Branch offerings.
Bringing Visibility to Branch's Extensive Add-ons and Accessories Catalogue.
Through the use of Intelligems for A/B Testing and Hotjar for heat map analytics, iterated on the design to increase Conversion Rate (CVR), Average Order Value (AOV), and Average Unit Quantity Per Order metrics.
